Ikenna Abani, an Associate member of the CIPD, currently serves as the HR and Operations Officer at the Biochemical Society and as the Human Resources Officer for the Microbiology Society, both since November 2021. Previous roles include Employee Relations Assistant and HR Administrator at PHOENIX Medical Supplies Ltd, and HR Administrator at Manchester Airport. Ikenna has a strong background in HR administration, employee relations, and customer service, supported by a Master's degree in Management with International Business and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Chester. Additional experience includes internships and volunteering in HR and social media marketing, along with a Foundation Level 3 qualification in Human Resources Practice.
