Catherine Perret

Holding a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Lyon, Catherine began her career in 2002 at the Leem (Les Entreprises du Médicament), a lobbying structure for the pharmaceutical industry in France as Manager of Human Resources Projects; then joined Sanofi in 2006.

She held several positions in the R&D field as HR Business Partner for France and for Global, then for Europe as HR Business Partner for the Vaccines teams, and subsequently she took on the position of HRD France within the French Commercial Subsidiary.

Since 2020, Catherine has held the position of HRD Europe and Eurasia with the Commercial teams of the Consumer Healthcare division.

Catherine is now Vice-President People Officer at Biocodex.

She enjoys sharing with her two kids and extended family of five, her passion about people and cultural diversities. She also likes a lot traveling, loves nature and spending time outdoor.
