Akshay Dhar

Akshay Dhar has a diverse work experience starting from 2009. Akshay co-founded PadhakuJoker, where they provided assistance to students preparing for competitive exams, generated revenue through advertising proposals, and published a student magazine. Akshay then worked as a Key Accounts Manager at Saint-Gobain Glass India Private Limited for a year. Next, they joined Bharti AXA Life Insurance as an Associate Manager in Human Resources, where they managed Learning & Development, Organization Development, and Performance Management. Later, they worked as a Manager at BARC India for two years. Currently, Akshay is working at Biocon, initially as a Performance Management Specialist and now as the Lead - New Product Planning.

Akshay Dhar completed their Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi from 2007 to 2011. Akshay went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from XLRI Jamshedpur from 2013 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Akshay also obtained several certifications. In June 2019, they became a CII Certified HR Excellence Assessor through the Confederation of Indian Industry. Furthermore, in June 2023, they completed the Supply Chain Principles certification from Coursera and the Supply Chain Analytics certification from Udemy.
