Abhishek Patri

Abhishek Patri has a diverse work experience beginning in 2007. In 2007, they worked as an Environmental Health and Safety Student at Stepan Company. In 2008, they worked as an Industrial Manufacturing Co-op Student at Apotex Inc., as well as an Industrial Hygiene Co-op Student at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada. In 2009, they worked as a Chemical Engineering Research Assistant at Biorem. In 2010, they worked as a Chemical Engineering Research Assistant at National Research Council Canada, and as a Fluid Operations Engineering Co-op Student at Apotex Inc. From 2011 to 2013, they worked at NexJ Systems as a Quality Assurance Analyst and Senior Quality Assurance Analyst. Finally, from 2018 to the present, they have been employed at BioConsortia, Inc. as a Scientist I, Fermentation, a Scientist III, Group Leader Fermentation and Formulation, and a Director of Process Development.

Abhishek Patri received their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo between 2006 and 2011. Abhishek then went on to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Chemical and Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Riverside, which they completed in 2018.
