Amy Hartl

Amy Hartl is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process development and statistical analysis within the medical and educational sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Process Development at SHL Medical since August 2016, Amy leads efforts to enhance company growth and optimize customer offerings in collaboration with the Commercial team and C-level executives. Previously, Amy held the role of Senior Manager of Process Development, overseeing multiple departments and ensuring the success of technology transfer initiatives. Additional roles include Senior Statistician at SHL Medical, where advanced statistical methodologies were applied to improve product quality and process efficiency, and a Data Modeling and Statistical Consultant at WyzAnt, mentoring students in data analysis. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from Florida Atlantic University, along with a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Neuroscience, respectively.
