James Minard

James Minard has over 40 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a career that began as a tool and die maker apprentice at Precision Concepts, Inc. in 1979. After progressing through various roles, including tool and die maker positions at Jameco Industries, Inc. and W & H STAMPINGS, INC., James became a manufacturing engineer at Cybex International, Inc. where significant contributions included the design and implementation of a quick-change die program that reduced set-up time by 90%. Subsequent roles at H & H Technologies, Inc., AeroData Metal Crafters, and currently at Biodex Medical Systems involve the development of work routings and programming for various manufacturing processes. James holds an Associate of Science degree in Mathematics from Suffolk County Community College, completed in 2003.
