Braden Kemp

Braden Kemp is an accomplished strategy consultant and entrepreneur with extensive experience in supporting Canada's innovation ecosystem. As the Owner and Principal Consultant at Bird Dog Innovation & Strategy Consulting since November 2021, Braden provides strategic advisory services to various sectors including government and educational institutions. Braden co-founded Great Lakes Finesse Fishing Inc., which rapidly became a leading brand in finesse fishing and was acquired by PRADCO Outdoor Brands in 2023. Currently serving as Manager of the Grow Ontario Accelerator Hub at Bioenterprise Canada and Project Manager for the Agri-Food Gateway Program at Durham College, Braden focuses on aiding innovative companies in the agriculture sector. With a background that includes roles in strategic operations and client services, Braden has demonstrated a commitment to fostering entrepreneurship and economic growth across various initiatives. Braden holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Guelph and has completed relevant additional training in business acceleration and agribusiness.
