Matteo Baisi

Matteo Baisi began their work experience in 2006 as a HR Store Manager at Leroy Merlin Italia. From there, they moved on to Mondelēz International in 2011, working as a HR Plant Manager until 2015. In 2015, Matteo joined L'Oréal as the HR Director for L’Oréal Saipo Industriale Spa, a position they held until 2020. Currently, they are the Group HR Director at Biofarma Group, a role they have held since September 2020.

Matteo Baisi has a Bachelor's degree in Scienze politiche from Sapienza Università di Roma. Prior to that, they attended Liceo Classico.
