Erik Persson

Erik Persson is a seasoned professional in the field of wood and fiber technology, currently serving as a Senior Specialist at Biofiber Tech Sweden AB since September 2019. In addition to this role, Erik is a member of the Landshypotek Regional Board for Örebro and has owned Skrekarhyttan AB and Westra Skrekarhyttans lantbruk since November 2008, where activities include forestry, cattle farming, and quarry operations. Previous experience includes working as a researcher at Mid Sweden University and serving as a Project Manager at Holmen Paper, focusing on R&D in mechanical pulping, raw materials, and energy efficiency. Erik's academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Forestry, Wood Science, and a Master’s Degree in Forestry, both obtained from the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences.
