Megan Kelly (Raduazzo)

Megan Kelly (Raduazzo) is an experienced professional in the field of research and development, currently serving as the Research & Innovation Manager at BioFilm, Inc. since August 2017. In this role, Megan oversees all research and development projects, manages innovation for new product development, and handles departmental administration, including fiscal planning and budget management. Previous roles at BioFilm included Research & Development Supervisor and Research & Development Chemist, focusing on formulation of medical devices and cosmetics, project management, and training staff. Prior to BioFilm, Megan held positions at Smithers Viscient as Study Director/Chemist I and Assistant Chemist, where responsibilities included conducting regulatory studies and method development. Additionally, Megan has experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at the University of Rhode Island, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and Forensic Chemistry.
