Pascal Haile

Pascal Haile has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Pascal started their career in 2003 at Sleep Number by Select Comfort, where they worked in operations for five years. Pascal then moved on to Northrop Grumman Corporation, where they served as a Systems Engineer for a year and a half. Following that, they joined L3 Technologies as a Mechanical Design Engineer for one year. In 2011, they joined GE Healthcare as a Mechanical Engineer specializing in ENT Surgical Navigation. After two years, they joined Sanmina as a Process Development Engineer. Pascal then transitioned to BioFire Defense in 2015, where they started as a Manufacturing Engineer and later advanced to roles such as Manufacturing Engineering Manager, Associate Director of Manufacturing Operations, and is currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing Operations.
