Whitney Hancock has over 10 years of professional experience in recruiting and talent acquisition. Whitney began their career in 2011 as a Recruiting Lead at GIA Technology. In 2012, they took on a role as a Technical Recruiter at Architel (now Centre Technologies). In 2014, they joined Tanzy Technologies as a Technical Recruiter and Google as a Technical Recruiter via CornerstoneRPO. In 2015, they began working at Twilio as a Manager of EIC Talent Acquisition, EIC Ops Program Manager & Talent Partner, and Sr. Technical Talent Partner. Most recently, in 2021, they took on the role of Head of Recruiting at Biofire.
