Pranav Nandan

Pranav Nandan has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Pranav began their career as a Software Developer Intern at Deerwalk Inc, where they worked on healthcare analytics web applications and the development of an online shopping website. Pranav then became an Assistant Lecturer at Kantipur City College before transitioning to Medtronic, where they worked as a Software Engineer. In this role, they developed software for embedded medical devices and gained experience in FDA compliance. Pranav then joined Biofourmis, starting as a Senior Software Engineer and eventually becoming a Principal Software Engineer. Pranav played a crucial role in the design and implementation of their software platform, collaborating with multiple pharmaceutical companies and helping the startup receive FDA approvals. Most recently, Pranav held the position of Director of Engineering at Biofourmis, where they collaborated with product teams and led a group of engineers in the execution of decentralized clinical trials.

Pranav Nandan holds a Master's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Kathmandu University (KU) from 2007 to 2011. Their education journey started at Adarsha Vidya Mandir High School in Kathmandu, Nepal, where they obtained a School Leaving Certificate in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Computer Science from 1996 to 2005. Additionally, they obtained the Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in May 2019.
