Cole Mboijana

Cole Mboijana is an Associate Scientist at Biogen since March 2023, focusing on Multiple Sclerosis and specialized immunology, with responsibilities in designing and executing in vitro experiments for drug candidate development. Prior experience includes a role as a Next Generation Biotherapeutics Coop at Moderna, where Cole's work centered on antibody development and tumor engager molecules. At Revitope, as a Biology Coop, Cole contributed to immunotherapy efforts and developed a stable fluorescent reporter cell line. An Undergraduate Researcher in the Pinto Research Group at Northeastern University involved sampling and analyzing drinking water quality, while a Microbiology Coop at Selux Diagnostics focused on assay development and antibiotic susceptibility testing. In 2017, a summer internship at the National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research allowed Cole to gain valuable laboratory experience. Cole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Northeastern University, completed in 2022.
