Ingrid McPhilliamy

Ingrid McPhilliamy serves as the Global Product Development & Commercialization Lead for SPINRAZA and Executive Director, Global Commercial Lead at Biogen since December 2020. Previously, Ingrid held the position of Vice President Marketing for the Gout Business Unit at Horizon, where leadership in marketing strategies resulted in substantial brand growth for KRYSTEXXA, along with an Executive Director role overseeing its relaunch in Rheumatology. Additional experience includes serving as Sr Director at Fresenius Kabi USA for therapeutic apheresis and cell therapy, and holding various marketing and strategy roles at Fenwal, Inc. and Baxter International Inc. Ingrid holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Baccalaureate in Industrial Design with a specialization in Human Factors from The University of Kansas.
