Katarina Moy-Gard

Katarina Moy-Gard possesses extensive experience in human resources and organizational culture, with a career spanning over a decade in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Global Culture & Inclusion and People Relations Partner at Biogen, Katarina has also held positions as Global DE&I Partner and HR Business Partner within the same organization from June 2020 to August 2024. Prior to Biogen, Katarina was the HR Lead at Peas Industries from January 2018 to May 2020, and an HRM Consultant and HR Consultant at Vitavia AB from November 2012 to September 2018. Earlier experience includes roles at BMW Group, where Katarina worked from January 2013 to January 2018 as a Nordic HR Business Partner, Change and Training Manager, and Nordic HR Specialist. Katarina holds a Master's degree in Leadership from University West and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Uppsala University.
