Kiran R.

Kiran R. is an accomplished Sr. Salesforce Solution Architect at Biogen since October 2020, where responsibilities include leading the implementation of a scalable Patient Portal based on the experience cloud and defining a comprehensive technical roadmap to streamline various systems. Prior experience includes roles at Red Hat from September 2016 to October 2020, serving as CoE Technical Lead for process automation, CPQ Technical Lead for designing solutions for sales, and CLM Technical Lead overseeing project phases from design to delivery. Kiran R. also worked as a Salesforce Consultant at Dell in 2009 and completed a summer internship at i20fever in 2007. Kiran R. holds a Master's degree in Science from San Francisco Bay University and additional education from Pittsburg State University.
