Soph Sophocles

Soph Sophocles is an experienced legal professional with a focus on compliance and corporate law. Currently serving as Chief Compliance Officer at Biogen since July 2012, Sophocles has held various roles including Lead Compliance Officer and Counsel in both Research and Business Development, and Commercial sectors. Prior experience includes serving as Commercial Counsel and Clinical & Medical Counsel at EMD Serono, Inc., and as a Corporate Associate at Seyfarth Shaw, where responsibilities included organizational formation, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.
