Kasper Klausen

Kasper Klausen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities in the medical industry. Kasper is currently working as a Project Manager at Biograil™, starting in March 2023.

Prior to this, Kasper worked at LEO Pharma from June 2021 to January 2023 as a Seniorspecialist. In this role, they served as a Tech Lead providing technical support and information on Injection Devices to drug formulation/CMC groups in a cross-functional project setup. Kasper'stasks included conducting and participating in Supplier (CDMO) mapping and RFI process, technology scouting, and User Insight studies.

Before joining LEO Pharma, Kasper was associated with Cook Medical Europe for a period of 13 years, from 2008 to 2021. Kasper served as a Senior Engineer and Project Leader, leading two new research programs. One program focused on developing a novel device concept from resorbable material, while the other aimed at delivering biological material and drugs through the vascular system. Kasper's responsibilities included investigating and understanding clinical needs, communicating ideas and concepts, and ensuring smooth coordination with stakeholders.

Prior to their tenure at Cook Medical Europe, Kasper worked at Radiometer from 2002 to 2008 as an Engineer, specialist. Kasper'sresponsibilities included sensor technical configuration and design, as well as the characterization of materials, surfaces, coatings, and designs.

Kasper's career started at PBI Dansensor in 2000, where they worked as a Research Development Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for the development of new gas analyzing methods and apparatus, along with the testing and characterization of materials and performance optimization.

Throughout their career, Kasper has demonstrated expertise in technical support, project management, research and development, and coordination with stakeholders.

Kasper Klausen attended the DTU - Technical University of Denmark from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a degree in Akademiingeniør (Academic Engineer) in the field of Kemiingeniør (Chemical Engineering).
