Pia Rinkinen

Pia Rinkinen began their work experience as a Laboratory Technician at the University of Helsinki from February 1992 to December 1995. Pia then worked as a Research Assistant at Helsingin ja Uudenmaan sairaanhoitopiiri - Hospital District of Helsinki and Uusimaa (HUS) from January 1996 to May 1999. Subsequently, they worked as a Laboratory Technician at Locus Genex Oy from September 1999 to November 2003. Pia joined Biohit Oyj in January 2004 and worked as a Laboratory Technician until April 2018, when they transitioned to the role of Product Specialist, Monoclonal Antibodies. Pia's employment at Biohit Oyj as a Product Specialist is ongoing.

Pia Rinkinen's education history starts in 1984 when they attended Lauttasaaren Yhteiskoulu lukio for their secondary education. Pia completed this program in 1986. In 1989, they enrolled in Pori Technical School and studied Biology Technician/Biotechnology Laboratory Technician for the period of two years until 1991. Later, in 2014, Pia pursued Basic and Intermediate Studies in Chemistry at the University of Helsinki's Open University, which they completed in 2015. Lastly, in 2016 and 2017, they attended the University of Helsinki's Open University again, this time focusing on Biology/Biological Sciences. Pia completed their Basic Studies program with 25 credits in this field.
