Jonathan Dahlin

Jonathan Dahlin is a scientific expert with a diverse background in metabolic engineering and protein science. Currently serving as a Scientific Lead at both BioInnovation Institute and Yeti Foods since April 2023, Jonathan has previously held positions as a Postdoctoral Scientist and Research Assistant at DTU - Technical University of Denmark from September 2020 to April 2023. Jonathan's academic qualifications include a PhD in Metabolic Engineering from DTU, alongside a Master of Science in Protein Science and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from Lund University. Additionally, Jonathan has entrepreneurial experience as the CEO and Researcher at Sera Proteomics from March 2014 to January 2017, and as a Co-Founder of Sera Proteomics HB from June 2011 to March 2014.
