Carissa Pilling, Ph.D., currently serves as the Associate Director and US Scientific Learning Lead for Oncology at Bristol Myers Squibb, a role held since May 2018 that encompasses onboarding for new Medical Science Liaison (MSL) hires and conducting Field Readiness Validations.
