Laura Arlgade

Laura Arlgade started their career as a shop assistant at Vero Moda and Coop before moving on to 7-Eleven, where Laura honed their skills in task management and team mentoring. Laura then transitioned to Jobindex A/S as a Student Researcher, focusing on recruitment processes and effective search strategies. Currently, at BioInnovation Institute, as a P&O Coordinator, Laura works on HR activities and supporting the establishment of a new Life Science organization within the company-creation program, Bio Studio. Laura's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology & Work Life Studies from Roskilde University and currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Copenhagen Business School.
