Frank Chan

Frank Chan, CSM has extensive work experience in project management, software architecture, and technical leadership. Frank has worked for various companies and organizations, including BioIntelliSense, Inc, Striiv Inc., Applied Computing, LLC, Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, Your Health Idaho, Simple Solutions, H&W Computer Systems, Inc., and TRW/Federal Systems Group.

At BioIntelliSense, Frank served as the Head of Project Management, leading the development of the BioSticker and BioButton devices. Frank achieved FDA clearance for the BioSticker System and received an award for Best New Monitoring Solution.

During their time at Striiv Inc., Frank served as the Head of Project Management and Senior Project Manager. Frank successfully managed the development of Striiv's flagship products, including the Apex HR activity tracker, and mentored project managers on the team.

At Applied Computing, LLC, Frank worked as the owner and computer consultant, providing specialized services to clients.

During their tenure at the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, Frank held multiple roles, including Software Architect, Project Manager, and Technical Lead. Frank played a key role in various projects, such as the iCARE Project, ITP Kids Project, Mainframe Migration Project, and Idaho Health Insurance Exchange Project.

Frank also served on the Board of Directors for Your Health Idaho and was appointed as the Chairman of the IT Subcommittee.

Prior to their career in project management and software development, Frank worked as a Software Specialist at H&W Computer Systems, Inc. and a Member of the Technical Staff at TRW/Federal Systems Group.

Frank Chan, CSM, received their Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science from Virginia Tech, where they studied from 1984 to 1988. Frank then pursued a Master's of Science in Artificial Intelligence at George Mason University, completing their studies from 1988 to 1990. In addition to their formal education, Frank also obtained certification as a Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance in October 2006.
