Frank Chan, CSM has extensive work experience in project management, software architecture, and technical leadership. Frank has worked for various companies and organizations, including BioIntelliSense, Inc, Striiv Inc., Applied Computing, LLC, Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, Your Health Idaho, Simple Solutions, H&W Computer Systems, Inc., and TRW/Federal Systems Group.

At BioIntelliSense, Frank served as the Head of Project Management, leading the development of the BioSticker and BioButton devices. Frank achieved FDA clearance for the BioSticker System and received an award for Best New Monitoring Solution.

Frank Chan, CSM, received their Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science from Virginia Tech, where they studied from 1984 to 1988. In addition to their formal education, Frank also obtained certification as a Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance in October 2006.
