Emma Meurling

Emma Meurling has extensive work experience in human resources, spanning over multiple companies and roles. Emma currently serves as the Human Resources Director at BioInvent International AB since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an Interim Human Resources Manager at PeopleProvide from December 2020 to December 2021.

Before joining PeopleProvide, Emma Meurling worked at their own company, Meurling United AB, where they held the position of Senior HR-direktör, Interim, Coach, and Mentor from September 2019 to December 2021.

From 2017 to 2019, Emma Meurling was the HR Director at Smurfit Kappa. Prior to that, they served as the HR Director at PolyPeptide Group from 2011 to 2017.

Emma Meurling started their career as an HR Partner at Gambro in 2008, followed by being an HR Manager at Biltema Nordic Services from 2006 to 2007.

From 2001 to 2005, Emma Meurling worked as the Manager of Training & Development and HR at Tetra Pak Carton Ambient. Prior to that, they worked as an HR assistant at Rexam from 1997 to 2001 and as a Recruiter at Academic Search International from 1996 to 1997.

Emma Meurling obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and Labour Law from Lund University, which they completed between 1992 and 1996. Emma then pursued a Master's degree in HR Strategy & Change at Kingston University, which they completed in 2005. In addition to their formal education, Emma Meurling has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Emma became a Diplomerad Coach ACC from CoachWalk in May 2020, received Coaching Supervision training from CoachWalk in 2015, and became a Certifierad Styrelseledamot from StyrelseAkademien in December 2012.
