Richard Haigh

Richard Haigh is an accomplished executive in the life sciences industry with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at BioIVT since May 2022, Richard previously held the position of Senior Vice President at Quanterix from May 2021 to May 2022. Richard's tenure at Thermo Fisher Scientific from April 2014 to May 2021 included roles such as Senior Director/General Manager for the Cell & Protein Consumables business and Senior Director & General Manager of the Imaging Labeling & Detection Business. Prior roles include Director of Product Management at Life Technologies, Regional Business Manager at Invitrogen, and various management positions at Stratagene, BD, and BD Biosciences. Richard earned an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Imperial College London, a PhD in Biochemistry from King's College London, and a BSc in Biochemistry from Bangor University.
