Sarah Holcombe

Sarah Holcombe is a skilled laboratory technician with expertise in microbiology and cell isolation, currently serving as a Cell Gene Therapy Lab Tech II at BioIVT since August 2021. In this role, Sarah performs procedures for processing and creating peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) and other immune cell products. Previously, Sarah worked as a Lab Tech Microbiology at Genova Diagnostics, where responsibilities included reading plates for bacterial identification using various media. Sarah holds a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology and a minor in Public Health from East Tennessee State University, in addition to experience in diverse customer service roles.
