David West

David West joined BIOLASE in March 2012 as the Territory Manager for South Texas. He was promoted to Regional Sales Manager in August 2013, to Sales Director in August 2014, and to Senior Director of US Sales in January 2021. Most recently, he was appointed Vice President, Sales – Central and Eastern U.S. West brings a solid understanding of the sales process and the importance of coaching for success. His ability to drive business planning, while motivating teams to excel, has led to a consistent record of strong sales performance.

West is passionate about BIOLASE’s technology, its positive impact on patients and customers, and supporting the development of the commercial field team. West has led impactful sales initiatives and projects across the U.S., including playing a key role in the development of the Waterlase Endo Academy in 2020.
