Jeronimo Gaytan, MBA, serves as the Manager of Operations Support for the Critical Action and Assessment Team at Biolife Plasma Services since July 2022. With over a decade of experience as the CEO and Owner of Big G's Pizza, Jeronimo has made significant strides within the pizza industry. Previously, as the Center Director at Octapharma from February 2019 to August 2022, Jeronimo managed staff and operations with a focus on production, quality compliance, finance, HR, and IT, overseeing a yearly budget of $5.2 million. Jeronimo holds a Master of Business Administration from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
