Ofer Porat

Ofer Porat has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Ofer is currently working at BioLineRx as a Senior Director of Human Resources. Prior to that, they worked at Essence Group as a Human Resources Consultant and at Novidea as the VP of Human Resources. Ofer also has experience as a self-employed HR Consultant, specializing in consulting with CEOs, business leaders, and HR managers on various HR aspects. Before that, they held the position of VP of Human Resources at Surecomp - your trade finance partner. Ofer also worked at BMC Software as an HR BP/Manager, supporting the main business unit in Israel. Ofer started their career as an HR Manager at Sanctum and as a Recruiting Manager at Maof.

Ofer Porat earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Human Resource from Tel Aviv University in 1997. Ofer later obtained a Master's degree in Human Resource and Business Administration from Tel Aviv University in 2011.
