David Fein

David Fein is currently serving as the Vice President, Site Head - Operations at BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. Prior to their current role, David held various leadership positions at AstraZeneca from 2014 to 2021, including Executive Director and General Manager, Senior Director / Head of Manufacturing, and Senior Technical Director. Before joining AstraZeneca, David worked at Merck from 2001 to 2014, where David held roles such as Director - Site Quality Head, Associate Director, Senior Process Engineer, and Staff Engineer. David holds a Ph.D. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, and both a M.S. and B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University.
