Eva Kraemer

Eva Kraemer is an experienced healthcare professional with a focus on care coordination and program management. Currently serving as a Senior Regional Care Coordinator at BioMatrix Specialty Pharmacy since March 2011, Eva previously held the position of Program Director at the Hemophilia Foundation of Illinois from January 2009 to January 2011. Before that, Eva worked as a Peace Corps Volunteer Trainer for CHP International, Inc from September 2004 to December 2006 and served as a Beekeeping Extension Volunteer with the Peace Corps from September 1998 to December 2000. Eva holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of South Carolina, where studies were completed between 2002 and 2004.
