John Phillips

John Phillips possesses extensive experience in information technology and technical management, holding key positions in several organizations since 1992. Currently serving as IT Manager at BioMatrix Specialty Pharmacy since November 2016, John designs and oversees the Qlik Sense Business Analytics system, NPrinting, SQL Server, and Crystal Reports. Prior roles include Director of Information Technology at Responsive Answering Service, where John managed technical operations for multiple call centers, and Director of Technology at Main Line Telecommunications, focusing on a 24x7 call center environment. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Call Center Technologies at Appletree Answering Service and General Manager at 7 West Communications. John holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
