Julianna Loren Decontreaus

Julianna Loren DeContreaus is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in property management, client coordination, research, and coaching. Currently serving as Assistant Property Manager, Operations at BioMed Realty since July 2024, Julianna previously held the role of Client Coordinator at Breakthrough Properties, where responsibilities included preparing service contracts and maintaining insurance certificates for tenants and vendors. Prior experience also includes a position as Research Associate at GNOMEGEN LLC, focusing on digital PCR assays and instrument validation, and roles in figure skating instruction and operations management at various skating facilities. Julianna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience from UC San Diego, obtained in 2021.
