Tracy Perrelle

Tracy Perrelle joined BioMed Realty in June 2012. With more than 25 years of combined accounting, asset management, acquisitions and operations experience, she contributes a diverse background to the team. She has overseen portfolios in the life-science, biotech, office, industrial, residential, retail and hotel industries. Her portfolios have largely included assets throughout the United States - from Boston to Hawaii - as well as assets in England and Canada. Prior to joining BioMed Realty, Tracy headed the Asset Management Division for MIG Real Estate for more than two years and worked at the Irvine Company for twelve years where she held a variety of positions to include Vice President of Operations, Senior Director of Engineering, and Director/creator of their employee, vendor and tenant retention and recognition program called CustomerCommitted. Tracy holds a BS in Accounting from Strayer University in Washington DC and an MBA in Business Administration and General Management from Concordia University Irvine. She proudly served in the U.S. Army’s Military Intelligence Branch as an Analyst and Korean Linguist. She is also a Certified Property Manager® through IREM.
