Jessica Baquet

Jessica Baquet is an experienced legal professional currently serving as a Board Member at Forestdale, Inc. since June 2023 and as a Partner at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C. since March 2022. Jessica Baquet's litigation practice focuses on complex commercial disputes, labor and employment matters, and contested proceedings related to trusts and estates, representing individuals, municipalities, and institutional clients in various litigation phases in state and federal courts as well as before administrative bodies. Prior to this, Jessica Baquet was a Partner at Jaspan Schlesinger LLP from May 2007 to March 2022, and began as an Intern before advancing to Litigation Associate. A Judicial Intern for Hon. Thomas P. Phelan at the New York State Supreme Court in 2006, Jessica Baquet earned a Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law in 2008 and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Philosophy from New York University in 2005.
