Alexandru Mihai

Alexandru Mihai is an experienced professional in the field of technical support and engineering, currently serving as a Senior Field Service Technician at BIOMEDICA Medizinprodukte GmbH since January 2022. Responsibilities include providing field support for all company products, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective training, troubleshooting, and maintenance, as well as driving service revenue in the assigned territory.
