Lyvia Ferreira Ebner, MSc has extensive work experience in project management and research and development (R&D) roles. Lyvia is currently the Director of R&D Project Management at BiomEdit, a position they have held since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked at QIAGEN as a Project Manager in R&D Genomics from May 2021 to July 2022.
From 2019 to 2021, Lyvia worked at Elanco as a Consultant in R&D Project Management. Before that, they served as a Senior Business Development/Project Analyst at Boehringer Ingelheim from May 2016 to September 2017. Lyvia also worked as a Project Analyst (PMO) at Aché Laboratórios from September 2013 to May 2016.
Lyvia began their career as a Jr Researcher at Marjan Farma from August 2012 to September 2013. Lyvia also gained experience as an intern at Hospital do Rim e Hipertensão - Fundação Oswaldo Ramos in June 2011. Additionally, they worked as an English teacher at CCAA from March 2002 to December 2002.
Lyvia Ferreira Ebner, MSc has a diverse education history. In 2006, they started their academic journey at Unifesp - Universidade Federal de São Paulo, where they pursued a degree in Biomedical Sciences and successfully completed it in 2009. Following this, they furthered their education at the same institution, obtaining a Master's degree in Sciences from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, in 2011, Lyvia attended Unifesp - Universidade Federal de São Paulo again, this time specializing in Pharmaceutical Medicine. Moving forward, in 2018 to 2019, they attended Greystone College, where they pursued a Diploma in International Business Management. Finally, in 2020, Lyvia expanded their knowledge by attending Purdue University, where they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate. Through their educational journey, Lyvia Ferreira Ebner has acquired expertise in various fields, including Biomedical Sciences, Sciences, Pharmaceutical Medicine, International Business Management, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

BiomEdit is an innovation company that discovers, designs, and develops novel probiotics, microbiome derived bioactives, and engineered microbial medicines to address unmet needs in animal health.
