Robert Carlson

Robert Carlson has a wealth of experience in sales and marketing, spanning over 25 years. Robert began their career in 1995 as a Scientist in the Immunodiagnostic Research Department at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics (Hybritech). Robert then moved to Biacore Inc (Divested to GE Healthcare) in 1999, where they held the roles of Western Regional Sales Manager, Sales Account Scientist, and Application Scientist. In 2005, they joined Dako as the Director of Sales for the Western Region, where they developed a strategic plan to lead the largest commercial region in North America and achieved 20% sales growth. In 2012, they moved to WAVESENSE, INC. as Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing. In 2014, they were promoted to Vice President | CCO | Head of Sales, Marketing and Commercial Operations at Prometheus Laboratories Inc., A Nestl\u00e9 Health Science Company, where they successfully restructured and divested the company on behalf of Nestl\u00e9. In 2020, they joined Discovery Cube, Southern California as Vice President Strategic Partnerships, where they were recruited by the CEO to help pivot the organization and develop new partnerships. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed Chief Commercial Officer at Biomerica, Inc.

Robert Carlson attended UC San Diego from 1990 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Cell Biology.
