Nickolas Searle

Nickolas Searle has a diverse work experience spanning over various industries. Nickolas began their career as a Control Room Operator at Kennecott Bingham Canyon Mine in 2010, operating various systems and controlling furnaces and handling systems. After that, they served in the United States Navy for ten years from 2006 to 2016. In 2017, they joined Edwards Lifesciences and held multiple roles, including Supervisor II and Sr. Supervisor, where they supervised employees, managed manufacturing activities, and worked closely with engineering on investigations and corrective actions. In 2021, they became the Manager of Manufacturing and eventually progressed to the role of Sr. Manager. Currently, Nickolas is the Director of Operations at Biomerics since June 2023.

Nickolas Searle obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Columbia Southern University, where they studied from 2011 to 2014.
