Rosemary Mugurusa

Rosemary Mugurusa has a diverse work experience, primarily in the field of R&D and engineering. Rosemary is currently the Director of R&D, New Product Development at Biomerics since 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at CooperSurgical, including R&D Director from 2021 to 2023, R&D Manager from 2019 to 2021, Senior Mechanical Project Engineer from 2015 to 2019, and Mechanical Project Engineer from 2014 to 2015. Before joining CooperSurgical, Rosemary worked at Precision Spine as a Project/Customs Engineer from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, they have experience from their time at Stevens Institute of Technology, where they worked as a Graduate Student from 2010 to 2011, Teaching Assistant for Engineering Design 1 & 2 from 2007 to 2011, and held roles in research and project leadership. Rosemary also interned at ITT Avionics in 2008, gaining experience in software development and integration.

Rosemary Mugurusa completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Biomedical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology from 2006 to 2010. Rosemary further pursued their education at the same institution and obtained a Master of Engineering (ME) degree in Biomedical Engineering from 2010 to 2011.
