Susana Lin

Susana Lin is a skilled Project Engineer at Biomerics since January 2022, specializing in the validation of medical device production processes and acting as the primary liaison for customer validation inquiries. Prior to this role, Susana served as a Supply Chain Engineer at Philips from April 2019 to December 2021, leading projects that enhanced supply chain processes, including the validation of SAP's Supply Network Collaboration and the implementation of ARIBA software. Susana's experience also includes working as a Process Engineer at Baxter International Inc. from August 2017 to April 2019, contributing to the e-Beam Sterilizer capacity increase and ensuring compliance with quality system regulations. Susana holds a Licenciatura in Industrial Production Engineering from Tecnológico de Costa Rica and gained international experience at Shanghai Normal University.
