Annet Blom

Annet Blom, PhD, is a seasoned scientist with extensive experience in the biotechnology and research sectors. Currently serving as Sr Manager and Scientist III at bioMérieux since March 2022, Annet has previously held multiple roles within BioFire Diagnostics, LLC, and Caltech, including positions as Scientist and Postdoctoral Researcher. Annet's research focused on drug-binding interactions in central nervous system receptors under the guidance of Prof. Dennis Dougherty. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemistry from Caltech, a Master's degree in Chemistry, Life Science & Technology from Leiden University, and a Bachelor's degree in Life Science & Technology from Delft University of Technology.
