Parul Shukla

Parul Shukla has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of sales operations and marketing. Parul is currently the Head of Sales Operations- South Asia at bioMérieux since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at HT Media Ltd as AVP-Sales Operations from October 2019 to September 2021, where they were responsible for leading digital GTM campaigns and driving relationships with corporate agencies.

Before joining HT Media Ltd, Parul worked at Philips as the Head of Sales Operations- Philips Health Tech Systems from May 2017 to October 2019. During their tenure, they led a project to define and implement an efficient channel strategy and worked on process improvement and optimization plans. Parul also collaborated closely with executive leadership to establish targets across regions and business units.

From January 2013 to April 2017, Parul was a Sales Management Advisor at IBM India Private Limited. In this role, they worked with the top global leadership team for IBM's integrated accounts and provided operational support to the sales team. Parul was also involved in revenue forecasting and pipeline management.

Parul's earlier work experience includes roles at Sony Ericsson Mobile Communication, where they worked on sales governance and scheme management from January 2008 to December 2012, and at Microsoft as a Marketing Communications specialist from November 2005 to January 2008. Parul also gained experience as a Supply Chain Analyst at Sony India from May 2004 to November 2005 and as a Sales Marketing Executive at Samsung Electronics from September 2002 to May 2005.

Parul Shukla completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from Delhi University in the years 1997 to 2000. Parul then pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Economics from Chaudhary Charan Singh University from 2000 to 2002. Prior to their higher education, they attended Delhi Public School in Ghaziabad from 1984 to 1997.
