Thomas Yang

Thomas Yang has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Sr. HR Director for Greater China and HRBP for the ASPAC Industry Business at bioMérieux since April 2017. Previous roles include Sr. HR Business Partner at Philips, where responsibilities included change management and talent development, and Human Resource Manager at Johnson Controls. Earlier career positions involved HR roles at Ingersoll-Rand, Simtone Marketing Sdn. Bhd., and Shanghai Harvest Pharmaceutical Co., LTD. Thomas holds an MBA from École des Ponts Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Science of Management from the University of Shanghai for Science & Technologies.
