Research And Development Lab Manager at Arbiom

Michelle Benoist has a diverse work experience in research and development, field service engineering, analytical chemistry, and sensory services management. Michelle started their career in 2015 as a Sensory Services Lab Manager at North Carolina State University, where they worked until 2018. During this time, they gained experience in managing a sensory lab. In 2018, Michelle joined Arbiom as a Research and Development Lab Manager, focusing on lab management and research in biomass technology. In the same year, they also worked as an Analytical Chemist III at Seqirus, where they utilized their chemistry expertise. Recently, in 2021, Michelle started working as a Field Service Engineer at Resolution Labs, LLC, further expanding their skillset in engineering and customer service.

Michelle Benoist attended North Carolina State University, where they studied Biochemistry. Michelle then transferred to The University of Alabama and later to Western Carolina University. At Western Carolina University, they focused on Analytical Chemistry. In 2018, Michelle obtained their Regulatory Affairs Certification (RAC) from Duke University.
