Katariina Koivusaari

Katariina Koivusaari is a Regulatory Specialist at BIOMILQ since February 2021, previously holding the role of Regulatory Student Associate. Katariina has extensive research experience as a Visiting Researcher at the National Institute for Health and Welfare (THL) from January 2016 to December 2021, focusing on the links between milk processing and childhood diseases. Additionally, Katariina's academic background includes a Doctor's Degree in Food Science from the University of Helsinki, complemented by a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from the same institution. Prior roles include a Quality Assurance Assistant at Lidl Suomi and an internship at the University of Parma, highlighting a diverse skill set in food science and quality assurance.
