Aaron Weast

Aaron Weast is a multi-disciplinary engineering and product development professional, currently serving as Principal at Crucible Product Development and Systems Engineer at Paradigm Climate. Weast also holds advisory roles at Grounded and BIOMOTUM, Inc., and serves as Technical Advisor for Liquid Wire Inc. Previously, Weast acted as Director of Adventure Products & Explore at Rivian and was the Founder of DrinkShrub, a craft drinking vinegar company. Weast's extensive experience includes key positions at Nike, including Director of Innovation Engineering and Innovation Lead for Nike Basketball/Brand Jordan, as well as optical engineering roles at Hewlett-Packard. Weast earned a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Santa Clara University.
