Ben Clifford

Ben Clifford is a Senior Scientist in Clinical and Scientific Affairs and a Senior Field Application Scientist at Bionano Genomics, Inc. since May 2016. Ben has expertise in the Saphyr® System, which facilitates high-throughput genome mapping through the preparation and analysis of ultra high-molecular weight DNA. Prior to this role, Ben served as a Field Application Scientist and Technical Support Scientist. Ben's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences from the University of Notre Dame, completed in 2016, and a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from St. Olaf College, earned in 2008.
