Thomas Wray is a highly experienced Field Service Engineer with a strong background in analytical chemistry and technical support. Currently at Bionano Genomics, Inc., Thomas provides customer solutions for Optical Genome Mapping platforms. Previous roles include supporting Mass Cytometry product lines at Fluidigm Corporation and servicing chromatography instrumentation at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Thomas's expertise encompasses installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various analytical systems, with specialized training in advanced detection techniques and mass spectrometry. Thomas holds a PhD in Chemistry and has extensive experience in customer service and technical training, having served as a Demonstrator and an IT network assistant at the University of Liverpool.
